Why Practice Kendo?

Through meditation and learning the manners of the Samurai, you will gain self confidence and learn the true Bushido.

   

Through practice, you will gain the skill to react to sudden movements and read the next move, which will improve your concentration.

   

Through exercise, your body will gain health and improved posture. Correct posture allows for better blood flow, better sleep, and greater energy.

   
We wish to enable the individual to realize personal growth, harmony, peace and inner beauty by finding their own Bushido in their lives.
   

Practice Schedule

Regular Practice: Monday, 8:00 to 9:30
Beginner Practice: Wednesday, 8:00 to 9:30

Everyone is encouraged to come to all practices.

Cancellations
All practice cancellations, planned or unplanned, will be
posted on this website by 5:00pm the day of practice.
